Built from the Ground Up
Our office is led by District Manager Stephen Hunt, who started with Vector Marketing in 2019 as a rep — the same role he now recruits for. He didn't come in with a sales background or any special advantage. He showed up consistently, took the training seriously, and earned his way into management.
By Summer 2021, Stephen had climbed to the #10 sales rep in the nation. He transitioned into management and built one of the top offices in the country — reaching #6 in the nation in 2024 and winning the Silver Cup national championship in 2023. He's also been featured on Dan Casetta's nationally recognized podcast "Changing Lives Selling Knives" — his episode, "The Call To Be Your Best", is available on Spotify.
